Savorfull offers a wide variety of snacks which can be catered to those with specific dietary lifestyles such as:

High Fiber

Looking for something to keep you full and satisfied while on the go? Our high fiber snacks have 5 grams of fiber or more per serving. Adults should aim for about 25-35 grams of fiber per day. (If the product has 2 different serving sizes, this is based on the serving that is more commonly eaten by the general population ie. use a whole cookie serving size instead of half a cookie.)

High Protein

Looking for a high protein snack to keep you energized or to refuel post-workout? We know that everyone’s idea of “high protein” is different, but our nutrition experts at Savorfull think snacks with 6 grams of protein or more per serving are great for kids and adults alike. We have snacks that are pure protein, but also more balanced, higher-in-protein snacks to make sure there is a protein-packed snack for any lifestyle. Keto

Are you following the keto diet? We’ve got snacks for that! Our Savorfull nutrition experts have sorted through all our snacks to choose the ones that will best fit your keto lifestyle. Find all these great options in our keto filter.

Low Carb

No fear if you are looking for some low carb snacks! We’ve got plenty of snacks that will fit into your low carb lifestyle. While we know that everyone’s idea of “low carb” is a little different, our Savorfull nutrition experts have chosen snacks with 14 grams of net carbs or less per serving to fit into this filter. (Net carbs are equal to the total carbohydrates minus the total fiber.)

Low Sodium

Watching your sodium intake? We’ve got you covered! Our low sodium
snacks have 140mg of sodium or less per serving. The American Heart Association recommends no more than 2,300mg of sodium per day but strive for less than 1,500mg.  (If the product has 2 different serving sizes, use the one that is more commonly eaten by the general population ie. use a whole cookie serving size instead of half a cookie.)

No Added Sugar

Sugar gets added and disguised in many snacks as ingredients like “dextrose”, “rice syrup”, or “molasses”. We’ve scanned all our products for these sneaky sugars, and you can trust that the snacks in the no added sugar filter are free from all of them. The American Heart Association recommends no more than 25 grams of added sugar per day for women and no more than 36 grams for men.

Paleo

Trying to stick to this popular caveman-style diet? Savorfull has paleo snacks for you! All of our paleo snacks are free from the following ingredients or ingredients derived from: grains (including whole grains), legumes/beans, white potatoes, corn, dairy, refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, refined vegetable oils (including palm oil, sunflower oil, and canola oil), and any unnatural additives or preservatives.

Plant Based

Looking for vegan snacks that are more nutritious? Plant based diets emphasize eating whole fruits and vegetables, legumes, minimally processed grains, nuts, seeds, and oils. While all of our vegan and plant based snacks do not include any animal products, our Savorfull nutrition experts have evaluated each product’s ingredients. Vegan snacks that are more nutrient dense and free-from anything artificial are included in our plant based filter.

Sports Nutrition

Vegan

Whether you’re looking for vegan snacks for your health, for the animals, or for the environment, all of our vegan snacks do not contain any animal products or byproducts. This means you’ll never find meat (gelatin), fish, poultry, eggs, dairy, or honey in the ingredients.

Vegetarian

Looking for snacks free from meat or fish? We’ve already sorted them out for you. Our vegetarian snacks do not contain animal meat or fish, however they may contain dairy, eggs, and/or honey.
