Equipment Allergens:
Made on equipment that also processes coconut, dairy, tree nuts, and sesame.

Facility Allergens:
Facility is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, however we do full allergen cleans when we switch products. This includes a wash, rinse, sanitize, floor clean and garbage take-out. We then verify with an ATP meter and sometimes with specific allergen protein tests that all previous residue has been removed. This process is lengthy and detailed-- it usually takes around 3 hours depending on the equipment used. We will do this clean when we switch to a product that does not contain allergens we previously worked with, or if the product has a certification (such as NonGMO or Organic) and the product prior to it did not.
